Flight destinations at resorts of the Middle East and Southeast Asia are traditionally broadly presented in the winter schedule of Koltsovo. Passengers can fly from Ekaterinburg to Thailand by four routes right away (Phuket, U-Tapao, Krabi and Bangkok), Vietnam (Nha Trang and Phu Quoc), China (Sanya), India (Goa), and Sri Lanka (Colombo). Three air carriers (Ural Airlines, Azur Air and FlyDubai) will make up to four flights per day to the UAE (Dubai and Sharjah). Antalya, the most popular overseas destination of flights from Koltsovo, will remain in the winter schedule. Six air carriers announced flight programs with the destination in Turkey during winter navigation. Furthermore, the capital of the Ural will provide an opportunity during the winter period to fly to Larnaca, Prague, Rome, Paris, Munich, Helsinki, Tel Aviv, Istanbul, Beijing, Harbin, Tbilisi, Yerevan, Dushanbe, and many other foreign cities.
Direct flights to regions in European Russia, Ural, Siberia, and the Far East will be available for Ekaterinburg passengers on domestic routes. Russian resorts of the Krasnodar Region, Crimea and the Stavropol Region also remain in the schedule. Expansion of flight geography to adjacent regions deserves to be noted. It will now be possible to take a direct flight to Chelyabinsk, Izhevsk or Omsk from Koltsovo.
New air carrier will appear in the Ekaterinburg airport during winter navigation. SCAT airline will start flights from Koltsovo to Taraz, Kazakhstan.
