The number of flights to Baku from Koltsovo airport (part of the Airports of Regions holding) keeps increasing. On June 18, flights to the capital of Azerbaijan will be launched by IrAero Airlines that will fly there on Tuesday. The departure from Yekaterinburg is scheduled for 17:30, whereas the return flight from Geydar Aliev airport will depart at 12:30. Flights will be operated by Sukhoi Superjet 100 seating 103 passengers. The traveling time will be 3 hours.
With a new carrier added on the given route, the number of direct flights from Yekaterinburg to Azerbaijan will increase to thrice a week. Twice a week on Thursdays and Sundays the flights to Baku will be performed by Urals Airlines.
