Direct flights to Saratov from Koltsovo international airport (part of the Airports of Regions holding) will get started on November 19. Flights to Gagarin airport will be performed by IrAero using Sukhoi Superjet 100 seating up to 103 passengers. The traveling time will be 2 hours.
Flights from Yekaterinburg are scheduled twice a week Tuesdays and Thursdays at 17:40. From Saratov the flight will depart Wednesdays and Fridays at 13:00.
Regular passenger transportation between Yekaterinburg and Saratov had been performed prior to January 2016 by KomiAviaTrans Airlines.
Today Koltsovo airport is one of the leaders in developing domestic transportation bypassing Moscow. Direct flights to more than 40 cities of Russia are available for people traveling from Koltsovo.
