Koltsovo international airport (part of the Airports of Regions holding) increases the number of flights to Russia’s Far East. Starting on July 22, Urals Airlines plans four weekly flights to one of the most appealing tourist destinations in Russia: the city of Vladivostok.

Flights with an intermediate landing in Irkutsk will be operated every Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday with departures at 15:55, 18:00, 17:35 and 16:25, respectively. The traveling time to Vladivostok is 9h15m.

At the present time direct flights are also performed from Yekaterinburg to the Far East cities of Khabarovsk, Blagoveshchensk, Chita, Yakutsk and Mirny. In the past year the passenger traffic on inland eastern routes exceeded 147,000 flyers.

Vladivostok is the biggest eastern Russian seaport as well as a scientific, educational and cultural hub of the Far East. With population in excess of 600 thou residents, the city is famous for magnificent landscapes of Russky Island and Golden Horn Bay. Among the other tourist attractions in this heart of Primorye (Maritime Territory) are Russky and Golden bridges which are in the world’s TOP-5 largest cable-stayed bridges.
