The travel infrastructure of the Koltsovo International Airport (member of the Airports of Regions Holding) got the highest score of the Sky Travel Awards. The Koltsovo business lounge won the nomination of the Best Business Lounge in Russian Airports and Angelo by Vienna House became the winner in the nomination of the Best 4* Hotel at Airport in Russia!
Sky Travel Awards are presented on the basis of scores of travel bloggers that inspected airports, airport business lounges and airport hotels and made up their mind regarding their service and comfort level. The award was presented the day before in Moscow within the framework of the third international forum of Sky Service 2018.
The interior and the original style and space planning solution of the Koltsovo business lounge were inspired by motives of fairy-tales of Ural storyteller Bazhov, the authentic culture of the Ural and Ekaterinburg and by the rich palette of natural resources of the region. Bright, dynamic and modern style is implemented in the Koltsovo business lounge. It creates and consolidates the complex space and segments it at the same time into functional zones: labyrinths, cabins and small houses. Passengers can wait for departure of flights in recreation zones, cafes and meeting rooms. A children’s room is provided for small passengers. The lounge can accommodate up to 65 visitors at a time.
