The Koltsovo International Airport became the air gate of the Ural Music Night festival. First concerts of participants in the international festival and a press conference of festival organizers were held in the Ekaterinburg airport on June 29.
Tatiana, Magical Marginals, ODREE and Dancing Cotton bands performed on the airport landside during the day. Representing absolutely different styles (jazz, blues and romances), the musical bands are brought together by one point - high quality music.
“We are expanding the festival and engage more and more new sites in it,” says Evgeni Gorenburg, the organizer of the Ural Music Night festival. “The fact that we started in Koltsovo made it possible for us to state with full confidence that the airport turned into musical gates of the musical capital of Russia for a day,” he notes.
“The airport is an integral part of the common cultural space of the city formed by such milestone events like the Ural Music Night,” says Evgeni Krasikov, Strategic Communications Director of the Airports of Regions Holding. “The music has become accessible on this day in every point of the city for everyone interested, including our passengers,” he adds. Koltsovo, the gate of Ekaterinburg, welcomed city guests with good music straightaway.
Hundreds of people - passengers and hotel guests - watched performance of musical bands.
